We want you to love your Pic2Art order. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work:


⏳ How long do I have to return my order?
  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to request a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

🚫 What can’t be returned?

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Customised paintings & prints (diamond art kit or printed canvases, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless it’s our error)

📦 What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
  • Our standard delivery usually takes 5–10 days (sometimes up to 15 days).
  • If your order is still in transit for fewer than 15 days, we can’t issue a refund just yet.
  • If it’s been 15+ days with no tracking updates, we’ll send you a replacement or a full refund.

🛠 What if something’s wrong with my order?
  • Damaged items → Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at

    Include: your order number, full name, the product reference, and clear photos.
  • Missing items → Reach out to the same email above and we’ll sort it out.

🔁 Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If your product is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with the same item.

🎁 What if it was a gift?
  • If marked as a gift at checkout → you’ll get a gift credit once we receive the return.
  • If not marked as a gift → the refund will go back to the original purchaser.

💳 How do refunds work?
  1. Send your item back (after contacting us first).
  2. Once received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  3. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method.
    (Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.)

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (they will be deducted from your refund).
  • If your item is worth more than £75, we recommend using tracked or insured shipping.
