We want you to love your Pic2Art order. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
⏳ How long do I have to return my order?
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to request a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
🚫 What can’t be returned?
Some items are non-returnable:
- Customised paintings & prints (diamond art kit or printed canvases, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless it’s our error)
📦 What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
- Our standard delivery usually takes 5–10 days (sometimes up to 15 days).
- If your order is still in transit for fewer than 15 days, we can’t issue a refund just yet.
- If it’s been 15+ days with no tracking updates, we’ll send you a replacement or a full refund.
🛠 What if something’s wrong with my order?
- Damaged items → Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at

🔁 Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If your product is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with the same item.

🎁 What if it was a gift?
- If marked as a gift at checkout → you’ll get a gift credit once we receive the return.
- If not marked as a gift → the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
💳 How do refunds work?
- Send your item back (after contacting us first).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method.

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (they will be deducted from your refund).
- If your item is worth more than £75, we recommend using tracked or insured shipping.
